Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Tucker, GA clinics. You will be the face of our retail clinics nationwide, delivering a positive patient experience while supporting patient interactions and clinic operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort with scheduling software and EMR systems. We offer growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, administrative, or healthcare roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Inbound and outbound calls, 50–75 per day.
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
• PII intake and processing; insurance information collection.
• Process payments and manage office supplies.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and keep the office clean.
• Support clinic operations to meet revenue goals.
