Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a medical setting or similar environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Register new patients and collect demographic and insurance data.
• Ensure all documents and test results are available for physicians.
• Open chart encounters in AthenaOne and maintain patient records.
• Greet patients, room them, and record vitals as needed.
• Enter orders, E-Prescribe information, and create visit summaries.
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
