Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 6+ months of experience with health insurance systems.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage wait times.
• Schedule 30–50 outbound calls for appointments.
• Check-in/out with demographics, insurance, and pre-authorizations.
• Collect co-pays and deposits; issue receipts.
• Manage cashier box; process daily deposits.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments; direct callers as needed.
• Maintain medical records and document in EPIC.
• Verify patient information and log in the EHR.
• Scan and file correspondence; log requests for medical records.
• Build effective relationships with patients and staff.
