Optum is seeking an Associate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. The role supports front-office operations, schedules patient appointments, registers patients, and handles cashiering while answering calls and assisting with various clerical tasks.

The position emphasizes patient engagement and efficient office workflows, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Basic level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Schedule first two appointments for new patients with their care provider.
• Register patients and assist with cashiering and front-office tasks.
• Answer incoming calls and provide clerical support and information.
