The role requires strong customer service, basic cash handling, and experience with Microsoft Office; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm MST, with potential travel for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience with strong communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Register and schedule patients and verify insurance.
• Handle cash payments and reconcile daily cash.
• Maintain eligibility verification and referrals.
• Coordinate appointments across departments.
• Support front desk operations and cash handling.
