Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Obtain accurate and updated patient information such as name and address.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously.
• Perform insurance verification at time of scheduling.
• Confirms and schedule appointments.
• Maintain medical records and file documentation.
• Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
