Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and act as primary contact.
• Answer calls, inquiries, and emails promptly.
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider calendars.
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
• Verify insurance eligibility and enter demographics in EMR.
• Collect charges and document payments.
