You’ll collaborate with clinical and optical teams, communicate clearly with patients, and help optimize daily schedules while maintaining confidentiality and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with practice management systems (EMR).
• Excellent organization and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as primary contact for interactions.
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider schedules.
• Verify insurance eligibility and document demographics.
• Enter charges and maintain accurate billing in EMR.
• Coordinate with clinical and optical teams for smooth transitions.
