Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and act as primary contact for patient interactions.
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider calendars.
• Verify insurance eligibility and enter patient data in EMR accurately.
• Collect charges and process payments; assist with billing and claims as needed.
• Coordinate with clinical and optical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Communicate wait times and next steps to patients to maintain a positive experience.
