• Ability to collaborate across teams and protect patient confidentiality.
• Willingness to perform various front-office duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as the primary contact for in-person and phone inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider calendars to reduce delays.
• Verify insurance eligibility and enter demographics into EMR accurately.
• Collect co-pays and payments and ensure proper balancing of accounts.
• Prepare patient charts and coordinate with clinical and optical teams.
• Communicate wait times and next steps to patients to maintain a positive experience.
• Run reports to ensure charges are billed and up to date.
