The role requires a high school diploma and strong communication, with a hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits. Experience with scheduling software is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, email, and Windows data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule all patient appointments related to treatment and referrals.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Assist with registration, insurance collection, and data entry.
• Communicate scheduling needs to providers, therapists, and nurses.
• Prioritize scheduling requests and manage urgent needs.
• Identify emergencies and initiate appropriate procedures.
• Support department functions and cross-cover as needed.
• Assist with training of new staff and updating provider templates.
• Triage calls from patients and referring physicians.
