• Uses electronic scheduling systems to book, modify or cancel appointments and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Obtains and documents patient demographics, insurance information and authorization data as required.
• Provides patients with pre- and post-visit instructions and location details, clarifying any questions.
• Communicates with patients, physicians and staff via phone, chat, email and portal messages to ensure a smooth experience.
