Responsibilities include gathering patient demographics and insurance data, providing pre/post-care instructions, and maintaining strong relationships with patients and clinical colleagues to deliver an easy, empathetic experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedules medical appointments across the system for physicians, medical facilities and practices.
• Uses EMR/scheduling software to book tests, procedures and follow-ups per protocols.
• Collects patient demographics, insurance information and documents for authorizations and registrations.
• Provides patients with pre/post-test instructions, appointment locations and directions.
• Communicates clearly with patients, providers and clinics to ensure a smooth, empathetic experience.
