Responsibilities

• Schedule medical appointments across physicians and facilities according to protocol.
• Leverage EMR/scheduling software to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
• Obtain patient demographics and insurance details to support authorizations and referrals.
• Provide patients with pre/post-instruction information and appointment directions.
• Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and staff to ensure a smooth experience.
• Manage scanned documents and orders in imaging software; ensure completeness before appointments.
• Collect pre-payments and verify insurance where applicable.
• Support inbound/outbound communications across Banner facilities in operating states.
