U.S. Dermatology Partners is seeking a full-time Scheduler in Phoenix, AZ to manage provider appointments and perform clerical tasks supporting patient care.

The role involves verifying demographics, scheduling procedures, and handling front-desk communications with a focus on accurate data entry and patient experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, English proficiency, and the ability to follow instructions while maintaining HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.

Formación

• Minimum one year of work experience in a medical office, or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules all appointments for providers in the computer system, including procedural cases.
• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information in the system.
• Confirms appointments and answers questions about scheduling.
• Instructs patients on locations and directions.
• Enters data into the computer and retrieves records.
• Answers phones and directs callers to extensions, takes messages as needed.
• Adheres to safety policies and supports high-quality customer service.
• Performs other duties as needed.
