Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments following company protocols and templates.
• Ensure quality procedures and documentation per guidelines.
• Meet KPI metrics for quality, handle times, and schedule turnaround times.
• Collaborate with Patient Access Leadership for development and skill-building.
• Provide high level customer service to patients and coworkers.
