• Detail-oriented with accuracy in scheduling and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high call volume.
• Maintain physicians' schedules and schedule office visits and procedures (via phone or in person).
• View patient visit notes, identify problems/diagnoses, and follow physician orders.
• Assist in patient registration and financial transactions.
• May schedule radiology or lab tests.
• May include recall scheduling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
