Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Schedule new and returning patients and referrals.
• Enter data in EMR and maintain scheduling templates.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff for appointment timing.
• Assist patients with scheduling follow-up tests and surgeries.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow compliance policies.
