Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect copay/deductible and explain forms.
• Assist patients with iPad check-in and troubleshoot as needed.
• Identify language service needs and coordinate accordingly.
• Distribute films/CDs while upholding HIPAA and privacy policies.
• Collaborate with technologists/radiologists to maintain patient flow.
• Handle mail and deliveries and prepare next day schedules.
