Job summary

Lincare is seeking a customer service representative to communicate with customers, answer questions, educate on products/services, and document interactions. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, assessing needs, and updating patient records in a computerized system.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic data entry, and ability to follow instructions. Some locations may require licensing; there is potential lifting up to 50 pounds as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike.
• Help with the training of employees.
• Calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system.
• Assess customer need for additional products/services.
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answer questions and provide education regarding products/services.
• Document calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enter customer orders in computerized system.
• Verify and update demographic information in computerized records.
