LUX Infusion is seeking a Patient Support Specialist to join our on-site Dublin, OH team. This role focuses on refill coordination, patient communication, and regulatory compliance to support specialty and infusion therapies.

You will coordinate prescriptions, gather information, process renewals, and ensure accurate records while collaborating with pharmacists and providers to maintain uninterrupted therapy for patients.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Pharmacy Technician registration and/or certification, or commitment to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Experience with data entry, healthcare systems, and medical terminology.

Mansioni

• Coordinate prescription refills and outreach to support ongoing patient care.
• Communicate professionally with patients and providers to gather information and renewals.
• Submit insurance re-authorizations to prevent delays in therapy.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and escalate concerns to a pharmacist when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and insurance documentation in systems.
• Collaborate with pharmacy operations to support dispensing and refill coordination.
• Serve as a trusted contact while adhering to state Board of Pharmacy regulations and HIPAA.
