LUX Infusion is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for our onsite Dublin, Ohio location to ensure safe, effective, and compliant infusion therapies. You will review infusion orders, monitor patient therapies, and support care teams with clinical expertise and coordination.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accurate medication management, and commitment to patient care in a fast-paced specialty infusion setting, with a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Master of Science in Pharmacy preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of OH.
• Ability to evaluate and monitor drug therapy relative to patient needs in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe and effective drug therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
