Job summary

Lincare Holdings in Utah is seeking a customer service associate to support patient care by answering questions, resolving issues, and assisting with ongoing product/service needs in compliance with physician direction.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, document orders, verify demographics, enter orders into the system, and assist coworkers in a collaborative environment while contributing to training opportunities and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Reads and analyzes patient orders or documents.
• Understands pharmacy terminology and processes.
• Accurate data entry and record keeping required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Assesses needs for additional products/services and ensures physician directions are followed.
• Answers questions and educates customers about products/services.
• Documents calls and enters orders in computerized systems.
• Verifies and updates demographic information in records.
• Reads and analyzes orders and communicates with coworkers and patients.
• Assists with training of employees and handles routine calculations for dosages.
