• Provide answers and customer education regarding products/services.
• Document calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enter customer orders into computerized system.
• Verify and update demographic information in records.
• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders.
• Understand pharmacy prescription terminology.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients.
• Assist with employee training.
• Calculate figures related to frequency and doses dispensed.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
