Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and commercial accounts via in-person, phone, or online to provide information and resolve complaints.
• Receive, qualify, and process customer orders timely and accurately according to procedures.
• Verify insurance and eligibility, obtain prior authorizations as needed, and communicate financial responsibilities to customers.
• Enter orders into the computer system, coordinate delivery/pickup with patients or caregivers, and ensure proper documentation.
