Job summary

QUIPT HOME MEDICAL INC in Savannah, GA seeks a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and referrals. You will answer inquiries, resolve issues, verify insurance, and process orders with accuracy.

You’ll coordinate deliveries, maintain patient records, and support billing-related tasks while upholding company policies and delivering excellent service. This on-site role offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Proficient office skills (typing, fax, filing, multi-line phone).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, caregivers, referrals, or commercial accounts to provide equipment and/or services.
• Respond to inquiries about products/services and resolve complaints.
• Receive, qualify, and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify insurance and eligibility; obtain prior authorizations when needed.
• Schedule deliveries/pickups with patients and caregivers; communicate with delivery staff.
• Maintain patient files and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
