Job summary

Quipt Home Medical, Corp. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, referrals, and commercial accounts. You will handle inquiries, verify insurance, process orders, and support deliveries and documentation with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and office procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct to the appropriate personnel.
• Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate third‑party billing where needed.
• Input orders and process shipments and prescriptions accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Maintain patient files and documentation in the system.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and pickups with patients/caregivers.
• Prepare accurate messages and route calls to the correct recipients.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
