Job summary

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, referrals, and commercial accounts. You will handle inquiries, process orders, verify insurance, and coordinate deliveries with clinical staff, in a fast-paced DME environment.

The role requires excellent communication, clerical skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones with professional greeting and route calls appropriately.
• Assist patients, caregivers, referrals and commercial accounts with orders and information.
• Verify insurance, explain financial responsibilities, and assist with third-party billing where applicable.
• Process orders and documentation accurately in the system.
• Coordinate delivery/pickup times and communicate with clinical staff.
