Job summary

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve patients, caregivers, referrals, and commercial accounts. You will handle orders, verify insurance, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.

Strong communication and data entry skills are essential. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing billing documentation, and maintaining accurate patient records while delivering high-quality customer service in a non-exempt

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, or in person.
• Verify insurance eligibility and process authorizations as required.
• Input orders and changes into the computer system accurately and timely.
• Assist with billing, payments, and documentation for patients.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain patient files and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with clinical staff as needed.
• Provide clear, courteous communication and follow-up on all cases.
