Job summary

Quipt Home Medical in Madisonville, TN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, referrals and commercial accounts. The CSR processes orders, handles inquiries, verifies insurance, and coordinates with Clinical Specialists and delivery staff to ensure timely service.

The role requires strong communication, accurate documentation, and adherence to company procedures while providing courteous support to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) etc.
• Proficient general office skills (typing, computer, fax, filing, multiple phone line)

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately in a timely manner.
• Verify insurance and handle billing inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating with clinical staff.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints with courteous, professional communication.
• Maintain patient files and ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date.
