Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve patients, caregivers, referral sources, and commercial accounts. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.

As a CSR, you will verify insurance, coordinate deliveries, and document communications while upholding company policies. Strong communication and clerical skills are essential for success in this role at Quipt.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in clerical or customer service environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and related tools.
• Proficient general office skills (typing, computer, fax, filing, multiple phone lines).
• Neat personal appearance with interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills with capacity to make independent decisions.
• Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing or medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones using professional greeting and route calls.
• Greet visitors and direct to appropriate staff.
• Verify insurance and eligibility; assist with third-party billing when appropriate.
• Input orders and prescriptions into the system.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain patient files and ensure documentation is complete.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating with teams.
