Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a friendly, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to educate patients on products and services, listen to concerns, and place supply orders in a high‑volume inbound call center. You will help patients navigate care options and ensure accurate order entry.

This role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to learn our brand therapies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies.
• Proficient with MS Office and navigating multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales teams.
• Consistently meet required KPI targets.
• Perform other duties as required.
