Accendra Health is seeking a patient-focused Customer Service Representative to educate patients on products and services, process orders, and support care coordination in a high-volume call center. The role emphasizes accurate order entry, effective communication, and KPI performance.

Competenze

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of customer service experience.
Call center experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales team.
Consistently meet required KPI’s.
