Physicians Eyecare Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding patient service at our on-site store location. You will support clinical-to-retail transitions and ensure a smooth, friendly experience for every patient while promoting available products and services.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service in a healthcare or retail setting, strong communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher certification or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare or retail.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse group of people.
• Strong passion for customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving and multitasking in a team environment.
• Schedule flexibility based on business needs.
• Interest in technology and current innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience and collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with resolution of patient concerns.
• Maintain patient records in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Ensure brand standards and housekeeping as needed.
