• One year of healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serves as the primary point of contact for patients, providers, and staff via phone, electronic communication, or in person.
• Registers and pre-registers patients with accurate demographic, insurance, and eligibility data in the EHR.
• Performs patient check-in, verifies information, collects co-pays, and supports forms completion.
• Monitors appointment confirmations and follows up on unconfirmed appointments.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments across multiple service lines.
