Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• Basic understanding of front-end revenue cycle and registration requirements.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for patients, providers and staff by phone, email, or in person.
• Registers and pre-registers patients, verifies demographics and insurance in the EHR.
• Performs patient check-in, confirms appointments and collects co-pays.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments per protocols, manages communications.
• Maintains confidentiality and supports clinic flow and patient experience.
