Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• One year of healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to operate medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Register and pre-register patients with accurate demographic and insurance information in the EHR.
• Perform patient check-in and support self-check-in processes.
• Monitor appointment confirmations and follow up on unconfirmed appointments.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments across multiple service lines.
• Manage worklists and outreach to support care team.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism.
