Smile Again Advanced Dentistry in a remote role serving US patients is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact and the ongoing liaison for treatment leads. You will manage the CRM, respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and guide them from first contact through to final restoration.

This role emphasizes empathy, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to coordinate travel and paperwork for patients.

Qualificações

• Native-level, highly fluent English (spoken and written).
• Based in Thailand, able to work US Eastern Time hours (9:00–16:00 EST).
• Empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with anxious leads.
• Experience in sales, especially handling price objections.
• Background in customer service, healthcare coordination, hospitality, or BPO/call center.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to new inbound leads via CRM/website.
• Evaluate and sort leads by readiness and potential.
• Communicate with leads by call, message, and email; gather documents.
• Keep CRM notes, stages, and follow-up reminders up to final delivery.
• Guide hesitant leads through objections with honesty and empathy; move toward ready.
• Coordinate travel and accommodations once a lead becomes a patient and track required paperwork.
• Follow up at every stage to maintain progression from first contact to final restoration.
