North American Dental Group is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our remote team in Georgia. You will handle high-volume calls, present offers, and schedule appointments while guiding patients through our services with empathy.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service experience, proficient with Word/Excel/Outlook, and can type 45+ WPM. A reliable high-speed internet connection and a private home workspace are required.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience providing superior customer service.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook preferred.
• Strong computer skills: 45+ WPM, multitasking while maintaining conversation.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet.
• Must have a private workspace from home.

Responsabilidades

• Receives a high volume of calls to answer daily.
• Presents offers to patients.
• Overcomes patient objections to schedule an appointment.
• Schedules a high volume of appointments.
• Uses product knowledge to showcase solutions offered by our practices.
• Uses company databases and software to track progress.
• Displays problem solving skills and takes ownership for patient concerns and solutions.
• Works with practice teams on timely solutions for patients.
• Manages sensitive information in line with policies and laws.
• Collects missing information or updates outdated information.
• Meets and may exceed department KPIs.
• Ensures adherence to scheduled workdays and hours.
• Participates in company contests and incentives.
