Smile Again Advanced Dentistry \| Full-Time \| Remote \| US Hours
Smile Again Advanced Dentistry helps people get their smile and their confidence back. We connect patients from the US who need full arch dental implants with world‑class, affordable care abroad, combining top‑tier treatment with a getaway experience. American dental care is often out of reach financially; we make it possible. This is a mission‑driven role: every lead you talk to could be someone who hasn’t smiled freely in years.
We’re hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first real human connection and the ongoing point of contact for people going through treatment with us. This isn’t a hand‑off role: you’ll own the relationship with your leads from first contact all the way through to their final restoration. You’ll manage our CRM, respond to inbound leads, qualify and prioritize them based on how ready/promising they are, guide them through the full process (collecting and sharing information, photos, and files), coordinate travel and accommodations once they’re ready to go, follow up on required paperwork, and keep every record current from first message to final delivery. This is a relationship and trust‑building role as much as it is a sales role. Many people reaching out are anxious, self‑conscious, or unsure if this is “too good to be true.” You’ll need genuine empathy paired with the ability to confidently answer questions and gently move people from “just looking” to “ready to move forward.”
