InnovaCare Health seeks a Patient Care Coordinator in Texas to be the heartbeat of the care team, guiding patients and supporting physicians to make each visit seamless and personal. You will manage front desk operations, register patients, and coordinate scheduling with providers while helping patients navigate financial and care-related barriers.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in healthcare, superior customer service, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcomes patients and visitors at the clinic. Maintains waiting room flow with minimal delays.
• Manages front desk workflow and communications with medical staff.
• Maintains patient registrations and updates personal and financial information.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates with case managers; assists with hospital follow-ups.
