Qualifications

• Experience in customer service handling outbound calls and front desk exp in healthcare.
• Knowledge of patient registration procedures and documentation medical insurance claims procedures, verification and documentation.
• Experience of mentor and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to educate leads and patients to book consultations.
• Serve as a key contact for patients between inquiry and consultation, answering questions and maintaining engagement.
• Assist with front desk duties: check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, phone inquiries.
• Arrange follow-up visits and referrals; register patients and verify insurance information.
• Accept payments, post charges, generate reports and discuss financial arrangements with patients.
