InnovaCare Texas Management Services Company, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our clinic team in Texas. You will welcome patients, manage front desk flow, schedule providers, maintain registrations, and help resolve access barriers, while ensuring a warm, patient-centered experience.

The successful candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years in healthcare, strong customer service, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Aufgaben

• Welcomes patients and visitors upon arrival to the clinic.
• Manages front desk workflow and communicates with the MAs.
• Manages the providers schedule daily.
• Maintains accurate registration by obtaining, recording, and updating information.
• Assists patients with intake processes and potential issues (interpreters, transportation, prescriptions).
• Collects payments and handles receipts as needed.
• Answers phones and schedules appointments; may assist with hospital follow-ups.
• Maintains medical records and ensures timely scanning/filing.
