Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and patient support for assigned physicians.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and referring physicians.

• Obtain, verify, and secure required insurance authorizations.
• Provide timely communication through phone and Epic/Care Connect.
• Support care coordination and ensure efficient access to care and specialty services.
