Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls and faxes, processes orders for durable medical equipment and supplies.
• Maintains communication with patients, clients, referral sources, and physicians.
• Responds to questions and patient problems; assists with insurance and coverage questions.
• Enters orders into the system accurately and timely; coordinates delivery and dispatch.
• Maintains knowledge of products and insurance coverage trends; adheres to company policies.
