Strong attention to detail and excellent communication are essential. Prior experience in medical supply or healthcare is preferred; full-time on-site role in Buckeye, AZ with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Medical Supply Company.
• Knowledge of diagnosis and medical terminology.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and faxes; take orders for DME, repairs, supplies.
• Maintain communication with patients, clients, and referral sources.
• Verify medical necessity with physicians and insurance coverage.
• Process orders and coordinate delivery with shipping/dispatch teams.
