My Psychiatrist offers comprehensive psychiatric medication management, including ongoing monitoring and adjustments to support effective treatment. Role Description The Patient Care Liaison is a full-time, on-site role based in Plantation, FL. This role is responsible for welcoming patients, coordinating check-in and check-out processes, and guiding individuals through clinic procedures to ensure a supportive, efficient experience. The Patient Care Liaison will communicate with patients, families, and clinical staff to schedule appointments, confirm insurance and documentation, and relay non-clinical information clearly and respectfully. Daily tasks include assisting with patient intake, updating electronic records, helping patients understand treatment plans and follow-up instructions, and addressing general questions or concerns. The role collaborates closely with psychiatrists and other team members to support continuity of care and promote a calming, professional environment for all patients.
