• Compassionate, trauma-informed approach, with sensitivity to mental health and diverse backgrounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary healthcare or psychology coursework beneficial.
• Experience in outpatient medical or behavioral health front-office roles preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and basic computer skills.
