Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, referrals, and commercial accounts. You will process orders, verify insurance, and coordinate deliveries while delivering excellent service.

The role requires strong communication, clerical experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding DME provider.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients and caregivers by phone or in person to provide equipment and services.
• Process orders and verify insurance as needed.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with clinical staff.
