Job summary

Binson’s in Center Line, MI, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle calls, verify insurance, update records, and ensure orders progress smoothly with compassion.

You will assist patients and caregivers, enter details into our system, and coordinate with providers while maintaining clear communications among families, facilities, and internal teams. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Great people skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.
• Able to handle a high volume of calls.
• Proficient with computers and data entry.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide helpful customer support.
• Assist patients and caregivers by evaluating product options and guiding them toward the best solutions.
• Keep communication flowing between patients, families, facilities, and our internal teams.
• Enter patient details and order information into our system accurately.
• Work with caregivers, physicians, and insurance providers to track order updates and ensure all documentation is in place.
• Verify insurance, determine cost-effectiveness, and obtain authorizations to move orders forward.
